Steps:

  1. Click the Log-in button to access your environment.



  1. Fill your email address as provided by your PMO Administrator.
  2. Fill your password which has been provided to you by the admin or click forget password to receive a reset password link.
  3. Fill your company code. if you do not know it, please refer to your PMO Administrator or contact our support team.



  1. Click on the LOGIN Button.



  1. Click on the Avatar Icon and observe the following:
  • Company Code: this the code that you will need to use in the login screen to access CarrotCut® Web and Mobile Application. Example, in this case "pc".
  • About: this includes the latest release notes and CarrotCut® Application Release or Version Number.
  • Upload Avatar: click to upload your photo.
  • Change Password.
  • Sign off



  1. Now just to know, you are in the Apps Workspace where you can see CarrotCut® Manuals Icon. Click to view CarrotCut® Step by Step User Guides.
  2. WeConnect Icon. It is CarrotCut® digital communication hub. It enables you communicate with all active users and here where you will receive your notifications based on your role.
  3. CarrotCut® Modules

  • Settings: this module is used to set your preferences and default data. It includes resource pool and security settings. It will be used for defining the resource pool of the organization and determining which one of them will be a licensed user and can have access.
  • Project Management: this module covers all activities related to PMO and Project Managers work. It includes Governance and Methodologies, Projects Repository, Project Life-Cycle and Dashboards.
  • Task Management: this module is about task handling and task management regardless whether the tasks are for a PMO, Project Manager, Manager, Resource Manager, or Resources.
  • Business Intelligence: It is the reporting and dashboards module. It enables you create all kinds of dashboards to include Pie Charts, Column Charts, Donuts Chart, Horizontal Bar, Vertical Bar, or Tables. Based on your privileges you can create your desired reporting.
